Caramel Popcorn 2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 c. white corn syrup
Boil for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over 7 1/2 quart popped corn (30 cups). Mix until coated. Put on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
