Mocha Almond Popcorn 1/2 c Strong coffee
1/2 c White corn syrup
1/4 c Butter
1 c Brown sugar
1 tb Cocoa
1/2 c Popcorn; popped
1 c Almonds; chop; toasted
In a heavy sacuepan put the coffee, corn syrup, butter, brown sugar and cocoa. Cook over a moderate heat to 280~ on a candy thermometer. Pour over the popped corn and almonds
